Bang Saray und Umgebung
Das Fischerdorf Bang Saray liegt ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit südlich von Pattaya auf dem Weg nach Sattahip. Die schöne bergige Landschaft und der lange unberührte Sandstrand ziehen immer mehr Gäste von Pattaya aus an. Bislang gibt es nur wenige Resorts und vornehmlich einfache Fischrestaurants. Aber die Zeiten ändern sich. Schon entstehen die ersten Condominium-Anlagen für Investoren und Käufer, die dem vollen Pattaya entfliehen wollen. Auf über 80 Rai entsteht ein Riesen-Luxus-Hotel-Komplex am nördlichen Sunshine Beach. Bang Saray wird sich bald wandeln, aber noch sind die Preise klein und die Strände leer. Neben dem Kilometer langen Sunset Beach mit seinen schönen Sonnenuntergängen finden sich in der Nähe Richtung Süden kleine einsame Sandbuchten, Tauchgebiete und die Insel Koh Khram, die als Naturschutzgebiet unbewohnt und naturbelassen ist. Bootsausflüge an die weißsandigen Buchten sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Besuchenswert ist auch der Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, der größte Thailands und einer der größten Südostasiens mit angeschlossenem Hotel, Vergnügungs-möglichkeiten und Events.

Bang Saray and surrounding area
It´s only a short 20 min. drive from Pattaya south to the fishing village of Bang Saray. It is because of the nice landscape and the long and untouched sandy beach - named sunset beach - why more and more travelers and investors come to Bang Saray. Now there are only a few resorts and some nice fish restaurants, but the times are changing. Condominium buildings and houses for sale are already available for people, who want to escape the hustle of Pattaya. On sunshine beach, a huge luxury hotel is being built on more than 80 rai of beach front land. Till now the prices are low and the beaches are empty, but the near future will show a different picture. Beside the wonderful long sunset beach with its beautiful sunsets, the near surrounding area has more places, beaches and bays to see. Diving and cruising through the many islands is a must do, especially at the island of Koh Khram, which is uninhabited and preserved as a national park. Worth visiting is Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, the biggest botanical garden in Thailand and one of the biggest in southeast Asia with hotel facilities, attractions and events.
